International : We offer free shipping on international orders of worth Rs. 7,999/- and above. Domestic: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of worth Rs. 990/- and above. *Complimentary trial sizes may vary as per availability. Items may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid , items may move within giftboxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit.

DELIVERY FOR PREPAID ORDERS : 48 to 72 hours for all metro cities (Monday to Saturday). An additional day may be required for remote areas. 1 week for all international shipments (7 Working Days).

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Reverie Box Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Reverie Box Online is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

 

Returns Policy

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.

To return any items, please contact email on Hello@reveriebox.com All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Reveriebox Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
